Job Description:
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot window and Macintosh OS , authorized desktop application , hardware and peripheral equipment.Assisting end-user in using new and existing technology.Support on IPhone, IPad, and MacBook related issue.Installing a new device in network like network printer, WIFI modem, Switch.Providing L1 network support which includes configuring IPs and basic handling of switches like enabling/ disabling port, port security, VLAN Etc.Physical Connectivity of LAN.Proficient in email client configuration and troubleshooting like MS outlook and Lotus Notes.Handling a Site Independently.Handling IT Assets Inventory and procurement of IT Assets.Handling and Monitoring of DLO Backup Server.Communication to ISP related to Link issue(Tata, Airtel)Remote Support to around 300 user.Monitoring Networking Device through PRTG
