Job Description:
- Execute training sessions on need base for Clover Academy & Role Based Training (RBT)
- Implement the designed course content in the required protocol
- Maintain training schedules for ongoing batches
- Prepare training material (presentations, documents etc.)
- Collect & organize feedback and ratings from reviewers after each review
- Create & maintain report card and any data related to progress of the batch after each milestone review and share with required teams.
- Maintain data on completed batches, leave record, trainee issues etc.
- Review coordination
- Checking question paper sets and providing result/marks before the scheduled review
- Technology upgrade as and when needed
- Conduct on-site trainings when needed
- Maintain proper body language, demeanor & decorum at all times
- Escalating trainee issues (if any) professionally & in a timely manner to Academy In charge.
Note: Candiates with experience in JAVA/ MSSQL/ Oracle/ PL/ SQL will be preferred.
